We are committed to the satisfaction and success of every student and client enrolled in our programmes. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is transparent, comprehensive, and applies uniformly across all 7 Figures Online Programs products and funnels. By enrolling in or purchasing any of our programmes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

SECTION 2 — NON-REFUNDABLE FEES ACROSS ALL PROGRAMMES

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. These charges cover immediate access provisioning, onboarding, administrative processing, and digital delivery costs incurred at the moment of purchase and cannot be recovered:

Amazon + Walmart C2C Framework
  • Low-ticket activation / access fee: $597
  • One-Time Offer (OTO): $497
  • All instalment payments already collected on recurring payment plans
S.A.M. Method
  • Any instalment payment already processed under the 2-Part Payment plan ($1,248.50 per cycle)
S.A.M. Monthly Support
  • All subscription charges that have already been billed ($67/mo or $97/mo tiers)
  • Subscription fees are not refunded for partial months under any circumstances
AI Agency Blueprint
  • Programme access fee: $69.98 — non-refundable in full
AI Consulting Agency
  • All instalment payments already processed
1-on-1 Coaching & Live Sessions (All Programmes)
  • All coaching session fees and live session fees — non-refundable (see §7)
📌 Why are these fees non-refundable?

Immediate access to course materials, community memberships, coaching infrastructure, onboarding resources, and digital delivery is granted at the point of payment. These costs are incurred instantly and cannot be reversed or recovered once access has been provided.

SECTION 3 — CONDITIONAL REFUND ELIGIBILITY (MAIN PROGRAMME PAYMENTS)

Refunds on qualifying programme payments — beyond any non-refundable activation or instalment amounts already paid — may be considered exclusively for the following programmes when ALL criteria below are fully and demonstrably satisfied:

3.1   Eligible Programmes
  • Amazon + Walmart C2C Framework — $1,297 and $2,497 full-pay tiers
  • AI Consulting Agency — $1,300, $2,000, $2,097 and $2,497 programme tiers
3.2   Eligibility Criteria — All Three Must Be Met

A refund request will only be evaluated if the student can demonstrate all three of the following requirements simultaneously:

  • 1. Completion: The student has completed 100% of the programme content in its entirety.
  • 2. Implementation: The student provides clear, documented evidence of actively applying the programme teachings as instructed — including all assignments, tasks, and required action steps.
  • 3. Non-Results: Despite sincere, documented efforts, the student has been unable to achieve the programme's stated outcomes.
3.3   Refund Request Timeline
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of enrolment / purchase.
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be considered under any circumstances.
⚠️ Important Limitations

Partial programme completion, inactivity, change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with format do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

The full burden of proof rests with the student. Undocumented or verbal claims cannot be accepted during the evaluation process.

SECTION 4 — S.A.M. METHOD — SPECIFIC REFUND TERMS

The S.A.M. Method carries its own distinct refund structure given its premium pricing tiers and programme scope. Please review these terms carefully if you are enrolled in the S.A.M. Method.

4.1   S.A.M. Method Full Pay ($3,497)
  • A conditional refund may be requested within 30 days of enrolment, subject to the full completion and implementation criteria outlined in Section 3.2.
  • The original advertised value of $7,497 reflects the combined perceived value of all programme components — the discounted enrolment price of $3,497 is the refundable baseline.
4.2   S.A.M. Method 2-Part Payment ($1,248.50 × 2)
  • The first instalment ($1,248.50) functions as the non-refundable activation charge and is not eligible for refund once paid.
  • A conditional refund of the second instalment only may be requested within 30 days of the second charge date, subject to the criteria in Section 3.2.
4.3   Amazon + TikTok Shop Course ($1,997) — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The Amazon + TikTok Shop Selling Course offered through the S.A.M. funnel carries a specific 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as stated on the offer page:

If you are not completely satisfied with the course content within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund of the $1,997 course fee.

To qualify:

  • Submit your request within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Contact our support team at c2camzframework@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

This guarantee applies specifically to the Amazon + TikTok Shop Course product. It does not extend to the S.A.M. Method programme itself.

SECTION 5 — S.A.M. MONTHLY SUPPORT — SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

The S.A.M. Continued Support System is a recurring monthly subscription programme. The following terms govern billing, cancellation, and refunds for both the $67/month and $97/month tiers.

5.1   Billing
  • Subscription billing begins on the day of enrolment and recurs monthly on the same date.
  • $67/month tier includes: Bi-Weekly Friday Mastermind, Store Reviews, Funnel Reviews, and Discord Support.
  • $97/month tier includes all $67 tier benefits plus: Weekly Coaching Calls, Free Domain Setup, and Pixel Configuration Assistance.
5.2   Cancellation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — there is no long-term lock-in.
  • To cancel, contact our support team at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Cancellation requests submitted with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be guaranteed for the upcoming billing cycle and the charge may proceed.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any prior billing cycle.
5.3   Refunds on Monthly Subscription Charges
  • Monthly subscription fees that have already been billed are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Unused time within a billing period is not refunded upon cancellation — access continues until the end of the paid cycle.
📌 Cancel-Anytime Policy

Cancel anytime with no penalty — future charges stop immediately after a confirmed cancellation.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Plan your cancellation before your next billing date.

SECTION 6 — INSTALMENT PAYMENT PLANS & CANCELLATION TERMS

Students on instalment payment plans across the C2C Framework and AI Consulting Agency programmes must adhere to the following terms:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the next scheduled charge date. Requests submitted with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be processed in time and the charge will proceed.
  • For the Amazon + Walmart C2C Framework: the first recurring instalment charge falls exactly 14 days after initial access is granted.
  • Cancellation of your payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of any instalments already collected.
  • Cancelling your plan will result in the revocation of programme access, either immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle depending on your plan terms.
  • Cancellation is not automatic upon non-payment or dispute filing — it must be explicitly requested through our support team.
SECTION 7 — 1-ON-1 COACHING & LIVE SESSION FEE POLICY

1-on-1 Coaching and Live Discovery Sessions are available across all programmes, including the Amazon + Walmart C2C Framework, S.A.M. Method, AI Agency Blueprint, and AI Consulting Agency. These are exclusively voluntary, upper-level programme offerings.

  • Coaching and live session fees become payable upon the student's voluntary acceptance of the coaching programme terms and conditions.
  • All 1-on-1 coaching fees and live session fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance, outcomes, or personal circumstances.
  • No-shows to scheduled discovery or coaching calls do not entitle the student to a reschedule or refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing by our team prior to the session.
  • For S.A.M. Method students: the bi-weekly Friday Mastermind calls included in the $67/$97 monthly subscription are covered by the subscription cancellation policy in Section 5, not this section.
SECTION 8 — HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

To initiate a refund request under any eligible programme, the student must contact our support team and provide all of the following:

  • Full name, email address used at enrolment, programme name, tier, and date of purchase
  • Proof of programme completion — screenshots or video evidence of all modules completed and marked as done
  • Implementation evidence — documented records of action steps taken, tasks completed, and business activity undertaken as instructed by the programme
  • A clear written explanation of the specific outcomes sought and why they were not achieved, despite sincere and documented effort

Our team will acknowledge your request within 3–5 business days. Each case is reviewed individually against the criteria in the applicable section of this policy.

SECTION 9 — EXCLUSIONS — WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND

Refunds will not be granted for any reason other than those explicitly stated in this policy. The following circumstances are specifically and permanently excluded:

  • Change of mind, personal circumstances, or loss of interest
  • Failure to access, log in to, or engage with programme materials
  • Dissatisfaction with programme format, delivery style, instructor personality, or communication method
  • Technical difficulties attributable to the student's own device, browser, or internet connection
  • Enrolment in multiple programmes simultaneously
  • Requests submitted after the applicable 30-day refund window
  • Absence of documented completion or implementation evidence
  • Refund requests made verbally, via social media, or through third-party dispute channels without first exhausting the internal process in Section 8
SECTION 10 — COMMUNICATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We strongly encourage open, professional communication between students and our support team before any formal refund request is submitted. In many cases, concerns, technical challenges, or plateau situations can be resolved effectively through additional guidance, coaching, or programme support.

If a student wishes to escalate a concern, the following process applies:

    Contact our support team directly via email. Allow up to 5 business days for a substantive response.

    If unresolved, request a formal escalation review with a senior team member.

    If still unresolved after both steps, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any external legal or financial avenue.
SECTION 11 — LEGAL NOTICE
⚠️ Legal Notice — Please Read Carefully

Students and clients are advised that making unwarranted, defamatory, misleading, or inflammatory public statements — including but not limited to posts on social media platforms, public review sites, or online forums — regarding our programmes, team members, or refund decisions may:

  • Constitute grounds for immediate termination of your enrolment and access without refund.
  • Impede or nullify any active refund process.
  • Result in the matter being formally referred to our legal team for appropriate action.

We are fully committed to resolving all disputes amicably, professionally, and in good faith. We respectfully ask that students exhaust all internal communication channels before making any public statements relating to a concern or dispute.

SECTION 12 — POLICY AGREEMENT

By enrolling in and making payment for any programme or product offered by 7 Figures Online Programs — including but not limited to the Amazon + Walmart C2C Framework, S.A.M. Method, S.A.M. Monthly Support, AI Agency Blueprint, or AI Consulting Agency — students and clients expressly confirm that:

  • They have read this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
  • They understand and agree to all terms, conditions, timelines, and exclusions stated herein.
  • They acknowledge that this policy forms part of the binding agreement between the student and 7 Figures Online Programs / Viral Ad Media LLC.

This policy is subject to periodic review and update. The most current version will always be available on our official programme pages. Continued enrolment following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
